I think that's a bit less laser shuriken launcher and more dick wrapped in pvc than what spoodie meant, could be wrong however.

It's in Blackwater, you can play normally there or if you put on the right suit you get the high stakes version

You wont see the high stakes table until nearer the end of the main story arch. There's plenty of other ways to make more money than you'll need.

You had access to Blackwater from the start? For me the bridges were out, just like in the GTA games. I'd got bored of poker near the start of the game so I'd stopped before I had access to high stakes.

Sorry, I thought you meant the table was only available once you'd done a load of the Blackwater missions. They were out for me at the start too
