Okay, I'll see if I can change the time the Autopsy is booked for, guessing that it will work if the orders from on high ping to the Coroners Comlink telling him what he's doing.
Load an edit prog.
Edit (6) + Computer (4) + Bonuses (7) = 17 dice
= 6, 4, 4, 4, 2, 5, 1, 2, 6, 4, 5, 3, 2, 3, 1, 5, 2: 5 hits.
If I can push it to the first one in the morning after when we are (so if close to morning now, push it so we gain an extra night)
Close edit prog

Righto, you notice something is not quite right. The edit command goes through ok, but you can see that the schedule didnt change. It should have, but didnt.

So when is it currently set to?

by Joose
This evening, with a "pending confirmation" note on it. Gives you about 4 hours.

I'm getting the vibe that we're going to have to do this the hard way. I'm going to find somewhere convenient to loiter so I can watch the people going in and out. I know Frank's doing that, but I'm looking from a more 'social' viewpoint. At least that way I'm not sat twiddling my thumbs while we formulate a plan.

N-zo comes out of his trance, massages the crick from his neck and gets the team together
N-zo wrote:Good news, they havn't done the Autopsy yet, bad news is that they have it scheduled for four hours and counting down.
I tried to change the timing to give us a bit of breathing space, but its AA corp software, it'll take someone that long to backtrack to the source and put the changes in place to actually allow me to make the change we need.
So, we have to do this the hard way. I got a rigger code, so we can see how far that gets us on the electrics.

Did anyone respond when I asked about docwagon bands?

I beleive I did, and said I wouldn't do it, due to the contact being more useful in the long run.

Not the turn lots on part, the pretend to get knocked out to get someone inside part. We can activate them ourselves for that bit.

Do you guys want me to try sneaking in the facility astrally? I could try it, but it could end up very bad.

I wouldn't. Last time you nearly got eated, and if that happens they'll know we're here.

Frank wrote:Okay, options as I see them are
One, we burn the electrics on site with Nzo's rigger code. Will this not just see them scream out an alarm in any other method they possess?
Two, Leland sneaking in astrally - I think you'll get a severe kicking as soon as you cross the boundary line dude, I imagine those spirits are keyed into just that sort of thing.
Three, Chopper sneaking in meatspace - Another kicking from spirits and more mundane defences, a dead Chopper and heightened security.
Four, sneak someone in with a wristband - if it's me and I fuck up then it may well be game over. I'm more than willing to try this method though.
Five, Al oozes charm all over someone and gets us a walk in role.
And six is we wait on the body being removed and hit the wagon - bad idea if you ask me. They carry men with guns and reactive ambushes always go wrong somewhere. Plus that would still leave evidence on the site that needed collecting. It doubles the risk and doubles the work.
Anyone got anything else sluicing round their frontal lobes?

Al wrote:Putting it that way, option five is our best shot. Nothing to stop N-Zo doing his thing in parallel and Chopper being ready to bail me out. If I had more time I'd try to set myself up in advance, but we've not got that option.
So assuming that I can figure a way of getting a few of us in, how do we get the body out? It's a fairly short dash to the garage where Nik can hopefully have a drone waiting, so that might be our best option. All we've got to do then is get our way to the garage with a minimum of fuss. If we can do it before the autopsy it's going to be a lot easier.
N-Zo, what can you do? Anything with the local security system? Get an email to reception saying they're expecting me? Find out which locker the body's in? Any or all of those would be very useful. Any chance you could get into the security cams and see who or what's in there?
If I can pull it off I'd like Leland in there with me. There might be guard spirits on the perimeter, but I doubt they'll be roaming the corridors. You might be able to zip off and scout the inside once we're in there. Say from a toilet break. Having someone to stop my ass dying is good too.
Looks to me like the closest opening to the garage is the dock. Frank, Chopper, reckon you could get there ready to cover our exit? I'd like to have one of you indoors, but we might not be able to pull that off.

No Chopper almost got eated and I saved his ass by owning the spirits while they were distracted. This time it wouldn't go like that as they're both high leveled and I doubt I could take them both on before someone was killed, whether it was me or someone else making a distraction.

If you get me in there it might be possible to just incinerate the body if we can get to it in private. I can call up the flames without too much trouble, but keeping it alight until it is completely gone is the tough part. But yeah I am no use out here so if we're going to try bluffing our way in, I want to be there too.
