It's in the 'Accounts' section - click on the particular game and there's the option to invite a friend or refer a friend who has stopped playing. You can invite four of each. If all four then go on to subscribe you get 30 days for free, and if an old player re-subscribes you both get 15 days for free.
Now you just need to pay for it after for me to get free time apparently. Much like I just did for Berk.
In fact, quick billing question: I paid for 1 month when I bought the game, and my account currently shows me as playable until 16 Feb, which is my next billing date. Does this mean that the $14.99 (or whatever) for the extra month I bought will be taken then, and no more taken until I next tell it to? I'm new to all this mmong business, and am sceptical about having my money taken. In fact, that reminds me, my free phone insurance expired and I'm now getting charged for it. Curse Dialaphone and their expectations about my forgetfulness.
You paid for a month when you bought the game? Was that the month you got when you bought the game, because that costs about $15. If that's the case you'll get charged your subscription fee every month Or whatever plan you chose) until you tell it to stop, at which point you'll be able to play until your time runs out.
