Wasn't that me? I had a teammate spawn in front of me just as I fired a rocket last night at one point.

I know the system's there to kick people who repeatedly teamkill in an attempt to ruin the game, I suppose it's just me being used to playing shooty games pretty much exclusively on Bukkake and avoiding public servers. You forget not everyone is there for a laugh and want to punish foolish transgressors to teach them a lesson like some kind of celestial disciplinarian.

Selecting the punish option, even if it has scant effect, just seems to me to be the grumpy, "you're not playing properly" attitude. It has it's place used for comedic effect on mates, or if someone is being an utter cock, but for a first offense from an unknown random it just seemed a little bit severe.

Edit: http://www.bf2stats.nl/player/63980191/ looks like I need to install special horses again to unlock some of those guns

I'd never punish a 5punker - Roman ran over Joose as he tried to jump onboard his APC last night, laughing hysterically and giggling 'run Joose!' (or words to that effect). That was funny. I take the Berk stance with randoms though because there's so many idiots out there - I assume they're a cupcake unless they prove otherwise.

:above: this. Earlier, a guy accidentally flew into me as he was taking off in a helicopter i was trying to get in to. He said sorry, and we exchanged lol's. However, the guy who repeatedly crashed his helicopter into our other vehicles was punished untill kickage. This is how things should be.

Berk em. Berk em hard.

After reviewing your stats, I'd suggest either the G3 or the G36C. The G3 is the the first assault unlock, it lacks the grenade launcher that the standard shooter is equipped with, and has a reduced mag, but it is a cannon and jolly accurate too.

The G36C is the first SF unlock, and for my money, one of the best gats in the game, very accurate, even at long range.

I think I rambled at you last as regards the rest of the choices so I won't bore you again :)

I'd suggest the G3 or the PKM for most people. G36C is fun too, but the spec-ops guns are a bit too piddly for my liking.

I'll second the G36C unlocking. It is quite quality.

Other options to consider: PKM, DAO-12

The trouble with the PKM is, whilst it's fucking deadly when you hit a person, it's also horrible to use unless you are prone and aimed; I use the MG36 much more than the PKM these days.

this is true, however the PKM makes a fucking lovely noise, the MG36 is more like pissing into the wind.

If I didn't know you were a techy, I would call you a prosaic art-fag ACMFP.

agreed. Totaly useless at long range and i aint wasting my rocks on infantry.

If you're an engineer head... i recommend the MP7, it's a lot more powerful than it looks (with its high rate of fire). And it sounds a bit like the Aliens assault rifle. :)

But the G36C is FTW IMO
