yeah yeah, your mates at Rockstar probably already told you about when they gave you a copy to beta test
"There is sustained and cumulative casual sadism in the way in which these killings are committed, and encouraged, in the game.

"The game's unrelenting focus on stalking and brutal slaying and the sheer lack of alternative pleasures on offer to the gamer, together with the different overall narrative context, contribute towards differentiating this submission from the original Manhunt game."
Sounds good. I'm off to Canada next month, who wants a copy?

Yes, let's use videogames as the scapegoat for society's ills - because no-one ever killed anyone else before Pong came along and changed everything.

To this, I say "Pfffffft". On the other hand, no doubt this'll help sales elsewhere.

Also, apparently it's only for Wii and PS2. How brutal can it be?

The first Manhunt was one of the shittest games I've had the misfortune to play.

I never played teh original, I must admit. I know RS can be a little hit and miss aswell, I had a PS2 game of theirs called Riot or something which played like a hobbled demo of GTA3. Interesting for about 5 minutes then I went back to .... GTA3

I wonder if teh Wii version will use the controller in a virtual axe wielding stylee?

/me buys Wii just in case

I was wondering that. It's be the only good thing about it, as the original held little appeal for me and this one sounds even less interesting. The only thing I like is the Running Man style storyline, but for those kicks I'll just watch Running Man.
