Nope, I'm thinking it was maybe stolen. But if others are having the same problem maybe not.

Mine was posted from play yesterday, I'm waiting...just.

I got mine... but the fucking thing won't work. It went through the installation dance as normal, but when I try to start the game nothing happens. :x

Also if you were playing the floorware version, make sure your emulated drives aren't still active (not sure if it's a problem but it might be worth a try).

Mine isn't a floor version though.

But as with most things that go wrong these days, a quick restart fixed it.

..no xfire support for Stalker yet?

Hasn't been all week actually. I imagine they'll incorporate it in today's Xfire patch. This is assuming it hasn't been patched already - I'm in Uni, away from X Fire gubbins.

Not yet got, either. But then I've only ordered the case of the PC that will be able to play it so far.

Mine (and Mr J's) was dispatched yesterday at 1700, so I'm going to hang around on the offchance the postman will bring it (he's a couple of streets away, I've been spying on him). Xfire was patched yesterday so it might be included - it now also has a gucci little list of your detected games in the bit where people's profiles usually go. Which is nice.

Mine arrived, and I played it briefly before I had to go induct another Soup player. That game lasted a lot longer than anticipated, as my hosting PC slowed to a crawl and registered what would've been an hours battle, in three hours human time. Ugh.

Anyway, CAD has this offering today - thought I would share it.

I thought "head nuggets" was quite funny.

My copy went to work so I'll probably get in Monday now.

It's nice that you have an opinion, but in my experience, it's much easier to ignore something you don't like, rather than make someone feel awkward.

Unless, of course, it was your express intention to make me feel unwelcome - in which case, congratulations, you're a cupcake.
