Just a quick update on that café by my office - went in there again for lunch last week and when I asked for nachos with my toasted ciabatta it actually came with proper tortilla chips instead of walkers ready-salted. A vast improvement.
Today I have Smokey Bacon crisps, but cheapo ones from <strike>WalMart</strike> Asda.

But were they Doritos or some other more speciality brand?Lateralus wrote:Just a quick update on that café by my office - went in there again for lunch last week and when I asked for nachos with my toasted ciabatta it actually came with proper tortilla chips instead of walkers ready-salted. They certainly weren't Doritos, but had a high-quality feel to them that indicated a more expensive brand like Kettle Chips (or the tortilla chip equivalent). They came on the side of the plate so I didn't have the opportunity to study the packaging.
Edit - when did I become a teabag? I've forgotten the ranking spacings!
