Chickens Wii

Post by Chickenz »

Righto having now finished Zelda Twilight Princess and loved every second of it I have decided to send the Wii to Berk for him to borrow and enjoy Zelda. As i know quite a few people are wanting/looking to play a Wii (Zelda in particular, I feel I could help out by letting others borrow it once Berk is finished.

CONDITIONS

1) Confirm with me who the next to receive is before sending on.

2) Any damage MUST be fixed or replaced ASAP .

3) Wii, cables and controllers must be sent as a single recorded package.

4) Supply your own batteries.

5) Please dont keep it to long, if it begins to gather dust after a week please decide to use it or send it on quickly.

6) Standard TV cables and a scart adaptor will be supplied as well as the HDTV leads for those who have a special telly.

7) Look after the game discs. (common sense)

8) Feel free to chuck in any old GC games, memory cards and GC contollers.

Im trusting you lot to look after it and enjoy it, so I would prefer if it is only sent to the 50 or so regular members, Dog pants, Woo, roman etc

This is only an idea at the moment as I cant send it to Berk till next weekend. Wey, Stoat and Pants if you prefer I will remove the offer.

I'd suggest that chicken arranges who it goes to (as it's his, it only seems fair)

It'd be worth sending with proper insurance etc if possible (that way if royal mail fucks up, you're not out of pocket)

Other than that, I have a few crappy GC games and windwaker/legend of zelda that i'll chuck into the package.

Very charitable of you Chicken. I'll wait until I can buy one personally - I'd hate to buy it and have already played half the games to death, plus I'm a bit anxious about it getting damaged or something.

This is a lovely idea, I already have a Wii though, so a second would just be greedy.

I said to Lateralus a while ago that I have few decent GC games knocking around (ask for a list) and will happily pop them in the post for anyone interested. Just give me a prod. Not in a faaabulous way though.

My mates who live down the road from me have one, so I get enough Wii anyway.

All of that :above: , I clicked yes before reading the post though. Seeing your wii sounded too amusing not to :)

I'll echo those sentiments. Its a lovely gesture, but I have a new (for me) PS2 to satisfy my current console needs, and I'd be too worried about damaging it or something. If you have a spare GFX card you want to "lend" me than that would be nice though! :)
