whats everyone opinions on the new regions? i see in alliance chat there r some good ore to be found there. i would love to mine or rat something better. don;t get me wrong w9 is my shit but starting to get a little old and IAC all ready got the other good systems ss -.40 to -.60 and some deadspaces. i see profit in going for a trip or more

ye gods, its the boogie monster again!

just remember, the charter we operate under says we (ISS) dont enter claimed space until directly authorised by the claiming power. as long as we stick to areas where there is NO claiming power, then i assume we can operate there. weather we can/will/should/ are going to... is more of a top sekrit forum type discussion

Sadly that is one of the downsides of ISS - we pay nothing, the alliance asks next to nothing of us, in return for which we get to do pretty much what we want but have to put up with the second rate areas of space.

The best we can hope for at the moment is the Tenerifis contract with LV and that's stupidly pricey (15mill per week per member). Despite the good ore/ratting down there I just can't really justify it - and it's full anyway.

Bear in mind that the IAC constellation, while it looks good on paper, is full to bursting with nearly every system not having less that 30 - 40 people in it daily.

There are currently no alliance plans to move into the new regions.

In short, unless we find a better offer from another alliance, we'd do well to stay where we are.

maybe i misinterpreted what the count was saying in alliance chat. he said we don't claim sovereignty which i understand. but still in its early days there is nothing stopping 2 or 3 of us to go in some geddeons and ratting the crap out of some 3x 1.4mil bs spawns for an hour or 2

i think i might hop on for an hour or 2 today after work and go on a little trip. anyone know the closest one to us?

IMHO, There's nothing stoping you ratting there, since it's not been claimed yet, but getting ther could be very hard, given that it's surrounded by claimed terratory.

We don't have any travel rights through the regions surrounding the new space. You've either got to travel through -V- space (and risk sparking a diplomatic incident) or RA/Goons or even CC/CDC either way risking getting shot at alot. G'luck and tell me how you get on (oh and btw afaik the drones don't give bounties, just lots of alloys that you need to transport back to the nearest repro facility).

sounds like fun. i suggest that for the next corp op. well i'll look into when i get on next. i don't even know the region names that r new. and if we have a nap with other alliances we need to travel through then who cares who goes through. as long as they go through and not stay then who cares. stupid politics in eve. i see a revolution coming soon.

well if we can't go there than lets declare war against the amarr empire and take over empire. all the veldspar and scordite we want. oh yeah we'll be rich

y'know, its funny about mentioning a war dec on the ammar empire. i think i'm about 0.1 away from being KOS to ammar navy ships in empire. oh well, maybee i'll have to whore some other factions missions for a while
