This seems to be causing no end of grief, so here's a soldier's guide:
1. Open up the can of instas in the corp hangar that you require. Make a note of the number of instas in it.
2. Open People and Places and create a new folder in the Places tab. Label it the same as the can for easy reference and upadating later.
3. Select all the instas in the can and drag them into your personal hangar or cargo bay. (You're moving them at this point, not copying!)
4. Selec tham all again and drag and drop them onto the new folder in People and Places. Wait a while for them all to copy. Check the number in the folder equals the number that was in the can.
5. Now for the copying bit. Select all the newly created bookmarks in People and Places, then HOLD SHIFT and drag them back into your personal hangar or hold. THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 MINUTES BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENS. Be patient and don't even think about trying again or you'll end up making duplicates and get in a muddle.
6. Once done, check the numbers again and then drag them all back into the can in the corp hangar. They'll automagically lock so it's always nice to unlock them for the next guy.
Postscript: When I make ammendments or additions to any insta or set of instas, the new ones will be marked with a * and placed both inside the can to which it belongs, and also in the hangar for all to see. You should check back from time to time for anything new!
Copying instas

Insta Ammendments
1. First Ammendment is in the corp hangar in Berta. It is a non-essential update, but a case of renaming and relocating two instas from the Doril->KDF can to the Assah->KDF can. The corrected instas are marked with a ** and in the hangar, and the cans have been updated. For further details, enter the two updated instas into you P&P and then click Edit to see the notes.
2. I have noticed one insta stopping 500m short just after G-5 which always makes me nervous. I will correct this later and drop it in the corp hangar.
3. I have made a fourth can in Berta with the instas for the route into Providence from Amarr space starting at Kari. These join the Assah->KDF route at 9UY4. Alternatively, poke me in game and I will give you a copy. Be aware that these are not fully tested yet.
4. I will not be making open copies down at the POS, they cause too much lag in the hangars. If you want copies, gimme a shout.
