Ton download this mod, you need to register with the MercilessMod.com site, and then visit the download section.

Looking a bit closer seems that downloading from the merciless site is the full server install, if you go here:

http://www.awemod.com/mods/aweuo_v2.0rc1_clientside.exe

you can get the clientside install of the AWE mod which includes the Merciless BloodFX pack and is only 1.7mb, more info:

i not a big fan of the merciless mod - i used to play on servers running the (AWE?) realism mod - but most of the stuff i like (cooking grenades etc) have now been included in Cod:UO
