I'll head over to the blackholler arms later when I have more AP. It could be a good place to meet up before deciding on a base.

I'm 3 blocks east of blackholler arms and will make my way there when I've got some more APs, I need to identify a nearby necrotech building as well.

Me and Dogpants are at the pub, necking a few before the next raid
Is gayer mall accessible without freerunning?

*wanders in, cracks open a beer*
This pub seems ok.
EDIT: This might not be the best building to be in, there is a guy with multiple accounts in here, and I think there may be a greifer about as the barricades keeps dropping to quite strong, but there have been no Zs outside.

Okay, I've found the Waugh Arms for us in the south side of Chudleyton. It's quiet, I've barricaded it to Very Strong and I've got the beers in. I've not seen any zombies for blocks, probably because they're all heading for the mall. There's a police dept just north for ammo and St Lazar's hospital is about ten blocks south east in West Becktown.
And I've got the beers in.
Cheers

oh great, now I'm trapped in the very heavily barricaded blackholler arms and I've run out of books to read!
on the plus side I've found a shotgun and a bottle of beer, now all I need is a banjo and a front porch
edit: I'm out now and will head west tomorrow, on the plus side I found a mobile and shotgun in that pub = WOO!

Just wait until you've got some more APs and head straight west. You should hit the Waugh Arms about a suburb and a half later.

We're still in the Waugh Arms. There's a bit of an infection problem here at the moment but the hospital's only about 9 blocks north so I've sorted out anyone who asks. Once we've got everone healthy and I've stocked up on ammo I'm going to go and start bagging straggling shamblers. Woo!

Inside or out? If the seige is over we may want to wait for a few more people, and then move on to a more active area.

out, the whole mall was heavily barricaded so I couldn't get inside

I'm human again, and inside the Fire Station just west of Caiger Mall with six other people.
Actually, I'm stuck in there, as it's been barricaded more since I entered, and I only have 50XP.
Edit: At least I have a fine collection of fire axes and wirecutters now.

If you are trapped in there, its ok to attack the barricades until they drop to very strong and you can leave.

Don't bother with this; it and every building I tried around it was heavily barricaded.

I'm in the south side of Chudley Town, but I can't find the waugh arms.
If I'm stood in the Caiger Mall, how many clicks, and in what direction do I have to go?
i.e. 4 down, 2 left etc...
