I'm tempted, as I love bi-planes, but I'd really rather wait for a bit.

Judging by the comments that were present when RPS covered the beta testing you need a 360 controller. Anything else was apparently not very good.

shot2bits and I just had a go for a couple hours and holy shit this game is a lot of fun! Flying around, shooting other people down, crashing, trying to shake someone from your tail, it's a blast. I bet if we had a big game going it would be awesome. As it was with a bunch of random people joining my listen server it was great. The maps are quality, with lots of tunnels and low level hazards so that you can try and show off your mastery of control or big open spaces so you can just fly around and get used to controls.

Oh and if people were complaining about the mouse + keyboard controls they must have been using boxing gloves because the controls are totally fine. The game won't let you flip over using the mouse, which is rather jarring, but otherwise it's easy to pick up.

i concur about keyboard and mouse controls, id been using a 360 controller and it was a bit clunky, but the keyboard and mouse controls are just fine

and in regarding fliping over with the mouse there was something that popped up saying you can switch it to advanced mode so it doesnt auto level the plane so that should let you do it
