If you feel you're unlikely to ever play the game or already completed it then you should really take a look. The interesting characters and atmosphere generated by the cutscenes are some of the best aspects of a great game. However it could be dull without the rest.

This wasn't quite what I expected; it's only the first section of the main story, with some gaps and alterations. It only takes you up to the attack on Fort Mercer, so it's not too much of a mass spoiler, more of a promo. I should have worked that out from the advertised length. It is a good show piece for some of the characters and the stunning environments.
