First impressions are that it's more of the same, but I much prefer the setting in this one, far more airy feeling, and not pointlessly dark.

New weapons are nice, it's good to have a choice, frying pan makes a lovely SPANG! noise.

I like the new characters more than the old ones, seem to have more personality and feel less bland.

New bosses, not so much, they're a nice addition, but all pretty squishy, nothing that has the OH JESUS FUCK! factor of a tank that I saw.

Demo did feel a bit short, but that's to be expected now people know how to play the game.

Anyway, it's not really worth £27-odd to me, so I'll not be buying it just yet. (could be tempted by a 4 pack though)

Just played the demo, no way I'm buying that unless I can get it for a fiver. It's exactly the same game as L4D.

Some nice changes, but feels like a mod for the original game if anything. Which is ironic, as the first one felt like a mod for CS:S.

L4D2 is pre-loading now, just FYI.
