Internet Explorer 7, aka Firefox

If you touch your software enough does it become hardware?

Internet Explorer 7, aka Firefox

Post by Woo Elephant Yeah »

This is a good review with some nice screenshots of the recent beta release of IE7.

They've blatantly copied firefox on most things, but I'm not complaining, as that can only be a good thing

I like the idea of phishing detection, if itworks properly. Not quite sure why they decided to have the menu underneath the tabs though- kind of disassosiates the tab from its page. Shame PNG support is still a bit of a blind spot for them :(

PNG's work now, but just not very well at the moment.

I'll be amazed if they don't manage to get it sorted though for the release

Me too. I wouldn't be even tempted until this extension came as standard.

Am I alone, or does this make anyone else think of an excited puppy that's about to crap all over your carpet? (or, in this case, your website)

I already have that icon on my XP machine at work.

That's because I have this universal shellpack
