It doesn't have much more content, I mean 4 new campaigns, a few new weapons, patched director, and a few new boss zombies? It's like some guy takes Harry Potter, rewrites the seven books exactly the same except they go to Cockwarts, Sweden instead and sell it as a brand new product.

All of this. They've been very slipshod and lacking on this game. Perspective wise they're far ahead in terms of quality and after release support, but L4D has been a low for valve. Portal got more support and it was a small physics sim/test turned into much loved game.
They must have wondered about the drop off on L4D, maybe they just ignored it to get this released.
I'll still get it, but I am disappointed in their actions and will wait for cheap version.
It was uploaded last week, yes, but it dates back to pre-release.
(it's the first part that counts, the second part is mostly youtube poop-style repeats and highlights)
So where are even the traces of new weapons, bosses, characters, or even MAPS Valve? (and no, Last Stand on Survival doesn't qualify as a map)
The only thing we got was a new gamemode with very little effort put in it and a beta map editor which is not yet supported by the game.
