Being general, these things always work better when there's a good solid plan, instead of some half-way planed well meaning idea. No, I had a point there, and it's gone inside of two minutes. Have we ever actually managed a properly oragised event that went bang to plan? Jockbash 1 is the closest I can think of, but even that went skewiff at times if I remeber right. I'll accept that's possibly off though given what I remeber of my hangover on the saturday
