FINISHED!!!!
Very enjoyable game.
Most frustrating thing is guns jamming, I wish they took that out of it, it's pointless as you just die and have to load your last save. So it's basically a random load-your-last-save feature.
Ending comes a little too suddenly.
I love the STALKER series - with a little more polish and a nice start (the game is probably harder at the start than the end) it could easily rival the big boys such as HL2.

After the latest patch the game played very well for me. There was only one bug when attacking the Bandits base suddenly it horse-holstered my weapons until I left their base. Eventually it stopped doing that and I killed them all. I think I had 2 CTD also, but every game will do that if played enough I suppose.FatherJack wrote:I should try this again - does it work now? Or how can I turn off DX10 if that's the issue?
I have no idea about DX10, because I use XP. Although using XP would definitely disable DX10.
