I agree with everything he wrote, except the pluses outweighing the minuses. There is a lot to like but I really can't bear to sit through another pointless and over-long soft-porn scene between Gaius and #6.

I was curious after season 1, I was hoping it would get better after season 2, by season 3, I just didn't care any more.

Psychonauts.
Psychonauts has been positively reviewed by Yahtzee. It can't be a game.

If you think James Callis is a shit actor on BSG, you just haven't seen him at his best.

buh? are you trying to say he's usually really shit?

the words you type make little sense in that order.

They make plenty of sence to me.

He's saying the actor is capable of more than he gives to BSG

That's how I first read it and it made fuck all sense, as deject's argument, as a BSG fan, would be that he's done much better stuff in some episodes of BSG (which is what I'd expect him to be saying.)

However, the sentence
deject wrote:If you think James Callis is a shit actor on BSG, you just haven't seen him at his best.
just doesn't read right to me, it reads very negative, but is actually (I assume) a positive remark.

For example
If you think James Callis is a shit actor on BSG, you haven't seen him in Relic Hunter.
reads as a negative thing, because it is.

Try to make the thing deject wrote sound positive, then tell me the words make sense. :P

I could have misread what deject wrote, who knows

I meant that James Callis has some brilliant moments in BSG. Gaius Baltar is one complex character and at times his parts of the show are tedious, but then out of nowhere he pulls out some brilliantly neurotic awesomeness. Really the whole show tends to be like that, some not so great stuff, a filler episode (*cough* I'm looking at you Black Market *cough*) then some totally holy fuck awesome space battles and shit.

Nope, tried a season, didn't appeal, sent it to the great recycle bin in the sky.
