capturing video files

Post by killslay »

i was trying to get some videos off my digital camcorder, problem is the files are rather large (100mb for a pretty shoddy quality 4 minute video).
any programs out there that somehow optimise video files?

If you have windows hexxpee sir, you can import it into "Windows Movie Maker" and save it there. You can specify how big you want the file to be, and it fixes the resolution and sound quality for you, it's really really a piece of piss.
