With the impending arrival of my Wii, I wish to acquire some Gamecube controllers (well, at least one) and some GC games. Does anyone have anything lying around that they'd be willing to part with in exchange for currency? I'm especially interested in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, Super Monkey Ball or Super Monkey Ball 2, plus a controller and a memory card.
Are there any other titles I should particularly look out for?
The Wii I'm getting will be the basic pack, so in addition to a nunchuck controller, and eventually a second wiimote and nunchuck, what else should I look out for? Will I need to buy an adapter to get it on t'interweb (wired or wirelessly)? The Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess is probably the first game I'll buy I think, but what else would people recommend?

I picked up a second-hand wireless controller (the Wavebird) for about a fiver from Gamestation. The non-Nintendo controller I had for the 'cube didn't work at all in the Wii. Wireless control is win, but there's no rumble.
All the titles you mention are liberally available in second-hand game shops.
Skies of Arcadia was, and still is, my favourite GC game. Also, you asked this before: http://www.5punk.co.uk/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=4920
Wii comes with wireless built-in - it's the wired you pay extra for. It also has a single mote and chuk. Try the sports games and see how much you like the Golf game before deciding whether to get one of the many available. I wouldn't select anything as must-own, depends whether it's going to be a social machine (like most are) or if you want to have a go on your own sometimes.
