i can do a pretty decent (i'm still awful at it though) job at flying a plane, and i can fly a transport heli just fine, but attack helicopters are an absolute nightmare to steer.

allright, looks like gunslinger42 was right, if you tap fire once you can place a target cross and when you press again the missile will hit at that place. sorry for the confusion, i'll pay more attention next time.

i just press fire and then you can indeed guide it, but as i said, my mate can lock on to a target whilst in a gunnerposition and he has the same version of BEEF. i'll just experiment a bit more, i guess.

goodday dear sticky bastards. i am having a small problem with my chopper in BEEF. you see, normally, when you are in the gunner seat of an attack heli, you can place a "target point" (or whatever you call it) on a target with your (at least, i my case) second mouse button. my mate can do ...

that would be nice, but i won't be able to attend, since i would have the cross the northsea and find a way to make it to the bash, not to mention finding a place to sleep.
